1962 Berlin, Germany.
EDUCATION:
1971: onwards: autodidactic learning of various percussion instruments;
1981-1984: training as offset and book printer;
1984-1986: studied percussion in Cologne;
1988: creation of the first light and sound installations; 1990-1997 degree at the Hochschule der Künste (College of Fine Arts) Berlin;
1997 awarded Magister (Ma) from The Hochschule der Künste, Berlin.
