He graduated "Ion Mincu" University of Architecture and Urbanism (2010). Master's degree in Urban Planning (2012). Since 2011 he is managing director at META Cultural Foundation and director of the Biennial of Young Artists. The first Biennial coordinated by Radu Pervolovici was the Overlapping Biennial (fifth edition of the Biennial, 2012). Radu Pervolovici is the initiator of the on-line project A Century of Romanian Sculpture, continuing the printed project initiated by META Cultural Foundation in 2001.

Andreea Draghicescu graduated the Faculty of Letters, Romanian - English (2008). Master's degree in Romanian Literary Studies (2010). Currently, she is PhD student at the Faculty of Letters and is writing the thesis Propaganda Idiom. The Relation between Text and Image in the First Two Decades of Communism in Romania and Bassarabia, under the guidance of professor Eugen Negrici. Co-author of the volume Rostopasca... pre limba ei, coordinated by the Romanian art critic and art historian Erwin Kessler (New Media Print Publishing House, 2011), she was a collaborator of the Romanian Cultural Institute in the project X20 - A Radiography of Romanian Art since 1989, a project coordinated by Romanian art critics Liviana Dan, Erwin Kessler, and Adrian Guță. In 2012, she collaborates with META Cultural Foundation for the first time for the fifth edition of the Biennale of the Young Artists, Overlapping Biennial, managing director Radu Pervolovici.

She participates in different student contests and symposiums. She worked as volunteer for the Biennale of Young Artists - Overlapping Biennale (fifth edition, 2012).

Irina Cimpoeru graduated the Faculty of Letters, Romanian - English (2014). Professor and translator, she made her literary debut with the play "Piesa de Teatru (Tuturor si celor care nu-s)", published in the literary magazine "Caietele Columna". In 2014, she collaborated for the first time with META Cultural Foundation for the translation of A Century of Romanian Sculpture - On-line Encyclopedia (N-Z).

Matei Ciobanu Morogan graduated from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Sweden, department of telecommunications (1999). In the following years, he continued his studies with a PhD, also at KTH, which he obtained in 2008, in the field of computer networks. He taught at the University of Stockholm and at KTH between 1998 and 2011. He currently resides in Bucharest, where he manages design and development projects in computer science.

Art critic and art historian, professor at Faculty of Art and Design from Timisoara, member of the Romanian Fine Arts Union, member of the International Association of Art Critics, and member of the Writers' Union of Romania. Since 1970 she wrote and published many studies, essays, articles, art chronicles and reviews in some of the most important Romanian art magazines: "The Contemporary", "Art", "The Amphitheater", "Revue Rumaine", "Revue Rumaine d'Histoire de l'Art", "Counterpoint", "Dilemma". She wrote and published books on visual arts, one of her most important and well-known projects being dedicated to the experiment in contemporary Romanian art. In 2003 she published Experiment in Romanian Art since 1960, Meridian Publishing House, Bucharest. She is also known as curator of important Romanian exhibitions. She was rewarded by the Romanian Fine Arts Union and in 1999 the Writers' Union of Romania awarded her with the "Prize for Novel". Alexandra Titu was one of the art critics who also participated in the editing of the first printed edition of the dictionary A Century of Romanian Sculpture (A - D), coordinated by META Cultural Fundation and published in 2001 by META Publishing House.

Art critic and art historian, professor at Faculty of Art and Design from Timisoara, he worked as redactor for "The Contemporary" and "Revue Rumaine" magazines. He is the author of one of the most important Romanian art history studies - Dictionary of Modern Art (Albatros Publishing House, Bucharest, 1982), reprinted in a extended edition - Dictionary of Modern and Contemporary Art (Univers Enciclopedic Publishing House, Bucharest, 2002). He also published his thesis The Lost Path. He wrote and published many articles and studies and was one of the art critics who also participated in the editing of the first printed edition of the dictionary A Century of Romanian Sculpture (A - D), coordinated by META Cultural Fundation and published in 2001 by META Publishing House.

Dr. Ioana Vlasiu is senior researcher at the Institute for Art History „G. Oprescu” of the Romanian Academy, member of the editorial board of Revue Roumaine d’Histoire de l’Art, of the Association internationale des critiques d’art (AICA) and local editor of RIHA Journal Online (2008-2012). She has been the recipient of grants and fellowships from Getty Grant Program and Collegium Budapest, Institute for Advanced Study. Main research interests: modern Romanian art in the context of European culture. She has published extensively on Romanian modernism, avantgarde, feminism, co-authored important exhibitions on Romanian art of the inter-war period, organized several symposia and conferences at the Institute for Art History, founded in 2009 the Center for Brancusian Studies „Barbu Brezianu”. She was responsible for the Dictionary of Sculptors in Romania. XIXth-XXth century, Publishing House of the Romanian Academy, Bucharest, 2011-2012. Art critic and art historian, curator, journalist, and cultural projects coordinator. She was born in 1964 in Bucharest, graduated the Faculty of Letters in 1987 and the Faculty of History and Theory of Art in 1998. She is the author of the writings Nichita Stănescu - A Poetic Vision of Time, Visual Artists Invited in Iosif Sava's Musical Soiree Broadcast, Sight's Anguishes. Since 1997 she published many reviews, reportages, and interviews in national and international art magazines. She wrote, together with Alexandru Nancu, a series of monographs about the wooden churches located in the north part of Oltenia, and published them in "Janus" magazine. She is a member of Romanian Fine Arts Union, sculpture department, Bucharest branch, and founder member and managing director of HAR Foundation.

Art critic and art historian, she worked as a researcher at "Theodor Aman" Museum in Bucharest. Elena Mihuț was one of the art critics who participated in the editing of the first printed edition of the dictionary A Century of Romanian Sculpture (A - D), coordinated by META Cultural Fundation and published in 2001 by META Publishing House.

Art critic, specialized in Romanian modern art, member of the Romanian Fine Arts Union (art criticism department). She organized many Romanian modern and contemporary art exhibitions for the Museum of Art in Galati, where she has been working since 1974, and for the cultural missions that the museum organized abroad. She published over 40 art catalogues for the exhibitions she organized, studies and reviews in cultural magazines ("Journal of Museums") and she was invited to speak for the openings of numerous exhibitions organized by the Romanian Fine Arts Union, Galati branch. Mariana Tomozei Cocoş was one of the art critics who also participated in the editing of the first printed edition of the dictionary A Century of Romanian Sculpture (A - D), coordinated by META Cultural Fundation and published in 2001 by META Publishing House.

Mica Gherghescu is art critic and art historian. She is working both in Bucharest and Paris. PhD in Art History (École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales, Paris, 2012) with a thesis about the art languages created by French artists since 1945. Researcher at Centre Pompidou, Paris. She was curator of the fourth edition of the Biennial of Young Artists, META Cultural Foundation , Stirbey Palace, Bucharest. Associated curator Nouveau Festival, Centre Pompidou, 2013. She was awarded with a prize for art criticism by the Prince Pierre of Monaco Foundation. She published many texts on lettrism, Andrei Cadere, concrete and visual poetry.

Art critic and art historian from Chisinau, researcher at the National Art Museum in Chisinau for 10 years, he organised exhibitions and published art catalogues aiming to promote the national and European patrimony. He is an expert in medieval, modern, and contemporary Bessarabian art. Tudor Stavila was one of the art critics who participated in the editing of the first printed edition of the dictionary A Century of Romanian Sculpture (A - D), coordinated by META Cultural Fundation and published in 2001 by META Publishing House.

She graduated the National University of Fine Arts in Bucharest (1997). Master's degree in Art History (2000). Researcher at the Institute of Art History "G. Oprescu", Romanian Modern Art Department (XIX - XX centuries). Researcher in the project The Saint of Monparnasse. From Document to Myth - A Century of Constantin Brancusi Exegesis. She published studies and articles in "Revue Roumaine de l'Histoire de l'Art", studies and researches in art history in "Artelier" and "The Sunday Journal" (Jurnalul de duminică).

Art critic and art historian, doctor in sculpture, she taught at the Institute of Fine Arts "Ion Andreescu" from Cluj-Napoca (today, University of Art and Design), and was a researcher at the Museum of Art from Cluj. Alexandra Rus was one of the art critics who participated in the editing of the first printed edition of the dictionary A Century of Romanian Sculpture (A - D), coordinated by META Cultural Fundation and published in 2001 by META Publishing House.

Magda Predescu is a PhD student at the National University of Fine Arts in Bucharest. Since 2008 she is working as a researcher for the National Museum for Contemporary Art. She wrote and published articles in "Arta", SCIA, and RRHA.

Mireala Dăuceanu is a Romanian visual artist, curator and professor at the National University of Fine Arts in Bucharest. She graduated the Academy of Fine Arts in Bucharest in 1994 and was member of the artistic duo "2D", initiated with Aurora Dediu in 1993. Mirela Dăuceanu participated in the editing of the current edition of the dictionary A Century of Romanian Sculpture (A - M) as adviser. She also coordinated the students from History and Theory of Art Faculty implied in the project.

She graduated the High School of Art from Sibiu (grades V-XII) and History of Art in Bucharest ("Nicolae Grigorescu" Institute of Fine Arts, 1981). Museum experience (1982-1989). PhD in Visual Arts at the National University of Arts, Bucharest, where she was a guest professor (2004-2009). Since 1995, she has been a producer at the national television programme Radio Romania Cultural of the show "Fine Arts". Since 1983 she has published articles on contemporary art in specialized publications. She was a team member of the "Arta" magazine editorial staff (series 1-2). Since 2004 she has been Ministry of Culture's cultural goods expert for Romanian modern and contemporary art. She has managed the Critics section of UPA since 2011.

PhD candidate at the National University of Arts from Bucharest, within the Faculty of Art History and Theory, with the research paper "Political Avant-garde. The Other Side of Romanian Avant-garde in Social, Political and Economic Documents", coordinated by Professor Ruxandra Demetrescu. He published opinion and critical articles in various magazines and journals such as "CriticAtac", "Art Dance News", "Art Ploshadka", "Arta", "Idea artă + societate" and others. He was the curator of many contemporary and modern art exhibitions and currently he is developing the curatorial project "Revisited Avant-garde. European Avant-garde in the Romanian National Film Archive" (NFA, Romanian Cinematheque, Eforie Hall / "Jean Georgescu", 2012-2014). He compiled the anthology 1984. The Last Generation of Romanian Communism (UNIBUC, 2008; coord. Ion Manolescu), he participated at the literary-visual project Rubik (Polirom, 2008; coord. Simona Popescu) and he is present with some contributions in the volumes CriticAtac. Antologie I (Cartier, 2011; coord. Vasile Ernu ș.a.), See What We Do! (pionier press, 2013; coord. Arina Stoenescu), Infranegrul (Aius, 2014; coord. Petrișor Militaru).

She graduated the Faculty of Arts and Design from Timisoara, majoring in Painting (2007) and History of Art (2013). Before starting her PhD in History of Art (2012), Andreea Foanene graduated a bilingual Masters in European Cultural Politics (2009). In 2005-2006 she was granted an Erasmus scholarship at the École Supérieure d’art de Lorraine, in Metz, France. As a curator, she coordinated a series of projects, dedicated especially to young artists, such as: The Fruits of the Wish Tree Exhibition, presented at the Administrative Palace in Timisoara, Museum of Art from Zrenjanin, Serbia, she organized two editions (2011 and 2012) of the Young Artists’ Salon, Modernity, Innovation, Experiment, and also the series of exhibitions Blanche Book, in collaboration with the French Cultural Centre from Timisoara (2009). She benefited from two creative residences in France, in 2012 at Château de Trousse Barrière in Briare le Canal and in 2014 in Tours town. As an artist, she presented her works in personal exhibitions: Painting Files (2013), C.R.A.F.T Timisoara; Iconic Prospects (2012), Gyula, Hungary; The Sublimation of Space in Painting, (2011) The French Institute from Timisoara; Recalling-Arhitecture and Dynamics of Light, (2010) Budapest; Refugien (2010), Heidelberg, Germany; Yesterday’s and Today’s Projects (2010); Pupettissima (2009), Administrating Palace from Timisoara; Reliving Childhood (2009) at the Calina Gallery from Timisoara and she participated in more than 50 group exhibitions. She took study trips to England, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Kosovo, Serbia, Turkey and Hungary. She currently lives and works in Timisoara.

She graduated the Faculty of History and Philosophy from Cluj (History of Art Major). During her PhD studies she conducted a research with the title Pseudosignification and Hipersignification in Romanian Art after 1990. Currently, she works as an assistant at the Faculty of Arts and Design from Timisoara.

Currently, she publishes specialized articles (art chronicles) in "Arta" magazine, the Cultural Supplement of Financial Journal - Ziarul Financiar - (The Sunday Journal), and "Form" magazine (Deva). She graduated the Faculty of Art History and Theory (the diploma in 2006, and the Master’s degree in 2009). She collaborated with Lia Perjovschi at the Contemporary Art Archive in the Public Space Bucharest project (2007). She was selected for the art criticism workshop of the Biennial of Young Artists (3rd edition, October 2008), coordinated by Adam Budak. In 2008, she collaborated with the Austrian Cultural Forum in organizing their contemporary dance projects. She was the curator of the exhibitions Empathic Shapes, UN-finished, (in)formal Identities, Between ceramics & technology, and Dissimulation. Since 2012 she has been curator and expert reviewer at Galateea Gallery.

Andra Miruna Stancu is a third year student at the National University of Fine Arts in Bucharest, History and Theory of Art Department, and collaborator of META Cultural Foundation in the project A Century of Romanian Sculpture (A - M) under the guidance of Mirela Dauceanu.
